Any model that has a 12in screen and weights under 3.5 lbs. A "slate" model is usually preferrable as an attached keyboard is not neccessary and can actually become an annoyance in everyday use. Battery life is an issue with newer models getting 5 to 8 hours, buy at least an extra battery. Two Tablets is ideal.
Some newer Tablet PCs are now at 4.1 lbs with an attached keyboard. This may be useable for those with less busy offices or not having to carry the Tablet all day from room to room.
