Medscribbler Cloud is priced "all-inclusive" There are NO additional modules or additional services required to make the EMR functional. Everything is included. Pricing depends only on the number of concurrent users, measured by the number of users logged on at the same time. Unlimited training, including for any new staff are all covered under the monthly fee. Support is included, including backing up and testing the back-up daily.

Monthly fees are as low as $525 per month, all inclusive, for the first four users (two medical and two clerical staff,) and $189 for each additional user. There are no "surprise charges and monthly fees can be invoiced or by major credit card.

Additional software can be purchased from your vendor of choice and installed on your server. Items like fax services can also be configured as part of the monthly fee therefore eliminating most costly, extended in-house IT expenses. Costs are fixed monthly.
