Scan a document into the system as a jpg then open in the form creation manager to create to have Medscribbler automatically insert database information in a form when the form is opened in the progress note. Chose location, font size and attributes to match the form.

Handouts

For patient handouts that you have the copyright permission to reproduce, scan them in to have them at the ready on every clinician`s desktop. The clinician can annotate and print during the patient encounter improving work flow as well as patient care.

Share completed forms

Medscribbler has created an open file format so forms created by one user can be shared with other Medscribbler users. Administrators and doctors are encouraged to share their work to turn what may be a tedious task into a positive community effort.

Template creation

With all the other Medscribbler tools and features including handwriting, template creation becomes less of an issue nevertheless there are times when a clinician may want a template. Medscribbler allows easy creation of templates using a text editor. The administrator can add the templates to be shared by all clinical users.
