Standard Support Plan 8 AM to 8 PM EST business days	To meet most support needs the Standard EMR Support plan provides phone/email access to Medscribbler support personnel and system engineers for an unlimited* number of incidents for a full year. Dedicated support center phone number.	$675 per year for the first 2 providers. $675 per year per additional provider (volume discounts apply)
Standard Support Enhancement option:	In addition to the Standard EMR Support package, unlimited* live video/audio conferencing is available, the closest thing next to being on site. (Standard support plan purchase necessary)	$275 per year for the first 2 providers. $275 per year per additional provider (volume discounts apply)
Extended Support Plan 24hrs/day every day	For those wanting added EMR security for off hours support Medscribbler can provide a dedicated 24 x 7 support person with a dedicated phone number in addition to normal support.	$1,650 per year for the first 2 providers $1,650 per year per additional provider (volume discounts apply)
Extended Support Enhancement option:	In addition to our Extended EMR support package we also offer unlimited* live 24 x 7 video/audio conferencing. It's the closest thing to being on site. (Extended Support Plan purchase necessary)	$585 per year for the first 2 providers $585 per year per additional provider (volume discounts apply)
