Medscribbler Clinic Pro is an enhanced EMR for the “power-user” solo provider who has IT support, the
multi-provider clinic or small 24 x 7 care facility.
Basic System: $6,499
The licenses are by concurrent user limited to one database/server site but with free multiple location remote
access per user. Any staff member who enters free form progress notes (excluding weight, BP etc) is considered a
medical/clinical staff. (PA's and nurses are usually medical/clinical staff)

Software Assurance Subscription:
The Software Assurance subscription ensures that providers who have chosen to purchase Medscribbler will receive
all version enhancements, service packs, HIPAA and government e-prescribing compliance changes, medication database
releases, new CPT & ICD codes, etc. It also includes an escrow agreement beyond the initial three years.
Subscription cost is $489 per year per provider (subject to volume discounts).

Support by Subscription (optional):
Provides phone/email access to Medscribbler support personnel and system engineers for an unlimited number of
incidents for a full year as well as unlimited use of our online training facilities. Cost: $675 per year
per medical license (volume discounts apply).
Support on Demand (optional):
Provides phone/email access to Medscribbler support personnel and system engineers for an unlimited number of
incidents as well as unlimiteduse of our online training facilities. Cost: $125 per support incident. Online
training is $85 per hour.
We highly recommend local Microsoft Professional certified network or computer companies be contracted. Support calls
from contracted companies may be handed as a professional courtesy.

Site Preparation (optional):
Medscribbler will do a "cultural" assessment for practices of ten or more physicians. This entails a visit
in which facilities and participating personnel are surveyed to assess current preparedness for an EMR. Generally, a
two to five page report is returned with either a recommendation to proceed (with or without Medscribbler) or items that
need to be addressed before proceeding. Equipment requirements are also determined. The site preparation encompasses 3
days at a cost of $6,000.
Data Mining (optional):
Medscribbler staff can make the import file if your Practice
Management or former EMR software or software company can not or will not. This is strictly on a case by case basis and
usually involves a flat fee with an additional $150/hour charge(which could be as little as 2 or 3 hours but also
much more). As Medscribbler would be working with other companies' software there are no guarantees although we are aware
of several scenarios where success is assured. Most local programmers can build an "export" file for the
Medscribbler patient demographic import. In some cases data files arte sent to us.
Additional Onsite Installation & Training (optional):
Medscribbler offers onsite, 2 day (16 hours), installation and training sessions for fees, listed below, that are
flat rated by time zone and all expenses incurred by Scriptnetics, Inc. are included.
Note:
Prices include document scanning capability, voice recognition ability, database licenses,
remote access, a Tablet medical dictionary for handwriting and voice. Hardware and the related software are not included
(i.e. A scanner and basic scanner software). Similarly, Medscribbler allows voice dictation directly into the notes but
requires third party software such as Dragon Naturally Speaking Medical Series. Medscribbler does not need "special"
hardware othe than Tablet PCs, a wireless network and a minimum of one dsktop running Windows 2000, Small Business Server or
XP. Othe hardware costs are to site size not Medscribbler functionality.
