- » I can't seem to complete the download of Medscribbler Lite, why?

There are three reasons why this may occur:
- Your internet service provider or the IT administration in your local healthcare network workplace limits the size file or amount of download you can make, 20MB limits are common. The Medscribbler downloads are 32MB and 68 MB.
- The Medscribbler download files are self extracting .exe files, some firewalls, spam filters, IT administrators, Service providers will not allow these type of files to be downloaded.
- Because these are large download files internet network traffic may cause a "timeout error" or "server busy"
The solutions are to try a different computer, a different computer at a new location, off peak internet hours, talk to your IT administrator, disable firewalls/filters, get a download manager etc. If these fail fill out the information form and request a CD for $19.95 shipping and handling.
