Medscribbler offers both remote and on site installation services. In most instances installation does not require support but if it is remote installation support, coordinated with an on site installer, is sufficient.
Remote installation supportBecause the Medscribbler EMR is a wirelessly communicated client/server based application, it is strongly recommended the services of a local Microsoft® Certified Professional be employed to assist in hardware setup, software installation, and testing (see the Microsoft® directory to locate services near you).
An on-site MCP ensures efficient communications between Medscribbler staff and the installer. Issues are quickly resolved, explanations are clearly understood and system implementation is smoothly executed.
As a rule, initial system setup with the assistance of a certified installer is very straight forward, Medscribbler staff involvement is minimal, and there are no installation costs besides the local installer. A typical installation, performed by an on site MCP, usually means fees charged by Medscribbler are nil or incidental. Again, it can not be stressed enough the importance of having a certified installer on the premises during system implementation.
On Site installation supportMedscribbler does offer on-site installation services but the option is generally exercised by larger facilities with complex system setup requirements. Due to fluctuations in travel and accommodation expenses, on site installation fees must be individually negotiated.
